Pipsissewa Trail is a short, easy loop in Braddocks Trail Park in Pennsylvania, about half a mile long and rising about 42 feet from a low point of 1,027 feet to a high of 1,085 feet. The climb is gentle, with the steepest stretch at about 13% grade near the 0.16-mile mark. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in McKeesport show May highs around 73°F and September highs around 77°F, with July peaking near 85°F. The trail sits among a cluster of other routes. Vista Path, Dead End Trail and Braddock Trail all lie about 0.1 mile away, and the Mauch Chunk Trail is a hike about 0.1 mile off.
