Tiddly Winks (Upper) is a short, moderate mountain biking route in the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District of Deschutes National Forest in Oregon, managed by the Forest Service. It sits about 0.16 miles from the start point, with the low point at 5,344 feet and the high at 5,397 feet, making it a quick out-and-back of about 0.32 miles with a total climb of 41 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from the nearby Sunriver weather station show July highs around 84°F with lows near 41°F, while winter highs there stay in the 30s and 40s. The Inner Skate Loop and 3 Psi cross-country ski routes, along with the Outer Loop hike, all lie about 0.4 miles away. Climbers can head to Cougar Buttress, roughly 4.3 miles off.
