Mt. Hood Loop Highway (1925) is a mountain biking route in Oregon's Mt. Hood National Forest, within the Zigzag Ranger District. It's a short, out-and-back ride of about 2.2 miles, with a total elevation gain of 421 feet. The climb starts at around 3,267 feet and reaches a high point of about 3,428 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 0.22 miles, where the grade hits 7 percent. The Forest Service manages the surrounding land. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. A nearby weather station in Government Camp records typical July and August highs around 70°F with only four wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-30s and rain on most days. The route sits close to several other spots. Laurel Hill Chute and Hidden Lake Trail #779 are both within a quarter mile, Kiwanis Camp Crag is about 0.6 miles away, and Camp Creek campground lies about 3.2 miles off.
