Topsy Campground is a Bureau of Land Management campground in Oregon, within the Lakeview Klamath Falls Field Office. It is a simple base for an overnight stay, with restrooms on site and a day use area fee of $2. The campground is not reservable, so plan to arrive and set up camp on site. Fees are $7 per night and $4 for each extra vehicle. These are the only charges listed, so bring what you need for a stay and a day on the land. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Keno weather station show July highs around 88°F with lows near 49°F, while June and September run milder, with highs in the upper 70s and only a few wet days a month. Spencer Creek, a canoeing spot about 6 miles away, is the closest nearby outing.
