Deer Run Trail is a short, easy hike in Caesar Creek Recreation Area in Ohio, managed by the Army Corps of Engineers. The trail is about a mile long, with a total elevation gain of about 24 feet, so it's a gentle walk rather than a climb. The route is a point-to-point path, and the steepest stretch comes at about 0.4 miles in, with a grade of about 4 percent.
