Flow is a short, back-loaded out-and-back mountain biking route on city land in Peekskill, New York, set on City of Peekskill Land. The climb is only about 0.86 miles long, with a total gain of 95 feet from the low point at 136 feet to the high at 172 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.37 miles, with a 4% grade, and the route is rated moderate. For comfortable weather, late spring and early fall are the best bets. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Shrub Oak run to highs around 71°F in May and 75°F in September, while July highs average about 84°F. Several other mountain biking routes sit close by, including On Your Back about 0.1 mile away and Boundary Trail, Dr. Jekyll and Limbo each about 0.3 mile off.
