Blue Mountain Summit Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Blue Mountain Reservation County Park in New York, on county land. The trail is an out-and-back that starts and ends at about 439 feet, with a high point of 470 feet and a total climb of 214 feet for the round trip. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.27 miles in, with an 8% grade. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Shrub Oak show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 75°F, while July averages about 84°F and January highs sit near 37°F. Several other mountain biking routes sit close by, including Sitting Duck and My Favorite Trail, each about 0.1 mile away, and Myx Monster at about 0.2 mile.
