White Trail is a 0.53-mile hike in Winn Preserve in New York, a preserve managed by a non-governmental organization. The route is a point-to-point trail that rises from 1,256 feet to 1,346 feet, with a total elevation gain of 76 feet. The climb is gentle overall, but the steepest stretch comes at about 0.19 miles in, where the grade reaches 11 percent. The most comfortable months for a visit are late spring through early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Delanson run from highs around 70°F in May to about 81°F in July, with September easing back to the mid-70s. That station sits roughly 360 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures on the trail run a little cooler. The hike takes about half an hour. The Yellow Trail lies 0.3 miles away, the Blue Trail 0.5 miles, and the Green Trail 0.8 miles. Climbers can find Cave Wall about 4.3 miles off.
