Farm Loop is a short, easy loop in Thornell Farm Park, a city-managed park in New York. The trail is about 0.8 miles long and rises from roughly 594 feet to about 600 feet, with a total elevation gain of 24 feet. It is a low-key outing, and the route is a loop, so you return to your starting point. The most comfortable months for a visit are late spring through early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Victor run from highs around 69°F in May to about 81°F in July, with September easing back to around 73°F. The trail is on city land, and horses are not allowed. The trip takes about half an hour, so it works well as a quick stop before or after exploring the park's other trails. Mt. Pittsford Ski Trail, a cross-country ski route, lies about 0.4 miles away. Sugar Bush Loop and Royal Coach Loop are both within about a mile and a half, and Irondequoit Creek, a canoeing spot, is about 2.4 miles off.
