Bison Mt is a moderate hike in the Helena Ranger District of Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest in Montana, about 5 miles long with an elevation gain of about 1,100 feet. It is an out-and-back route that starts and ends at the same point, with the low point at about 6,457 feet and the high point at about 7,555 feet. The trail is on natural surface and allows both horses and bikes. The land is managed by the Forest Service, and the trail is open year-round.
