Overview Outlet Channel Recreation Area is located below the dam at Enid Lake. Amenities include a fishing pier, three comfort stations, two fish cleaning stations, three group picnic shelters, and 27 individual picnic sites. This area is popular among fisherman, cyclists, walkers, and visitors wanting to enjoy a day at the lake picnicking, fishing, walking and cycling. This day use area is off Interstate 55 and easily assessable to visitors and fishermen. It a perfect location for a day at the lake for picnicking, exercising, playing sports, walking fishing in the channel or to spend the day relaxing.
