Winn Loop is a 7.3-mile loop in Waterloo Recreation Area in Michigan, managed by State Park and Recreation. The route rises from about 1,027 feet to a high point of 1,078 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 2.1 miles in, where the grade reaches 17%. The climb is moderate, and the loop makes a full day of hiking in the Waterloo Recreation Area. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Chelsea show May highs around 70°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 82°F. Several other loops sit close by.
