Vortex Boulder is a climbing area in Massachusetts, about a mile from the town of South Peabody. It sits among a cluster of boulders and cliffs, with several other climbing spots within a short distance. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Marblehead show July highs around 80°F with lows near 61°F, and September still reaching about 72°F by day. B Pond Cliff is just 0.1 mile away, and Thunder Cat Wall and DNA Boulder are both within a mile. For mountain biking, the Overlook Trail is about 1.3 miles off.
