Thunder Cat Wall is a bouldering area in Massachusetts, about a mile from the town of South Peabody. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with B Pond Cliff and Vortex Boulder each about half a mile away. The area is focused on bouldering, with seven routes spread across the V0 to V3 range of the V scale and 5.11- to 5.12 range of the YDS scale. Among the named routes are King Flake at V0, Queen Flake at V1, and Hard Kitty at V3. Soft Kitty, a V0+ boulder, has a first ascent credited to Tim McGivern. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from the nearby Marblehead weather station run from highs around 74°F in June to 80°F in July, with September easing to about 72°F. Winter is cold, with January highs typically near 36°F. Mountain bikers can ride the Overlook Trail about 1.3 miles away and the Deep Woods Trail East about 1.5 miles away.
