Summit Boulder 2 is a bouldering area in Massachusetts, about a mile from South Lynnfield. It sits among a cluster of climbing and mountain biking spots, with Summit Boulder 1 and the Krack House Area just 0.2 miles away. The area is a bouldering destination, with seven routes all rated on the V scale. The easiest is Bacon and Eggs at V0, and the hardest is Glory Daze at V4. The routes include both boulders and their first ascents, such as Pete Otis for Slacker and Andy Scott for Bacon and Eggs. For timing, late spring through early fall is the most comfortable stretch. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Middleton run from highs around 67°F in May to about 73°F in September, with July peaking near 81°F. Other nearby spots include the Deep Woods Trail West for mountain biking and Roof Boulder for more climbing, both about 0.2 miles away.
