Hammond Pond is a bouldering area in the Webster Conservation Area in Massachusetts, about 0.1 mile from several other climbing spots, including Temple Overhangs, Starbag Boulder and Pusherman Wall. The area is best known for the boulder problem Transplant, a V3 climb. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Jamaica Plain run from highs around 69°F in May to about 75°F in September, with July the warmest month at an average high of 85°F. The closest trails are the Walking City Trail Section 3, about 3 miles away, and the Charles River Greenway, about 3.2 miles away. Mountain bikers can head to the Sudbury Aqueduct Trail, roughly 3.5 miles off.
