Greenhouse Path is a short, easy hike in Maryland, about 0.4 miles from the community of Cromwell Woods. The route is a point-to-point walk of roughly a third of a mile, with a total elevation gain of about 25 feet. It is a flat, low-lying path, with the high point at about 241 feet and the low point at about 210 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Cylburn run to highs around 73°F in May and 66°F in October, while July highs average about 86°F. Dogs are allowed on a leash, and bikes and horses are not. The trip takes about half an hour, and the path links easily with other trails in the area. Minebank Run Trail (Blue) is about 0.1 mile away, and Birder's Path is about 0.2 mile away. Loch Raven Drive Trail (Purple) and Wellington Woods Trail (Green) are each about 0.3 mile away.
