Valley View Trail is a short, out-and-back cross-country ski route in Katahdin Iron Works, a non-governmental land unit in Maine. The trail is about 0.4 miles long, with a total climb of about 146 feet, and it starts at roughly 1,740 feet, rising to a high point of about 1,787 feet before returning to the starting elevation. The climb is front-loaded, with the steepest stretch at about 0.05 miles from the start, and the trail is best suited to a quick outing rather than a long day on the snow. Winter is the natural season for this trail.
