Coyote Connector is a cross-country ski route in Maine, about 1.6 miles from the town of Monson. It is an easy route with no elevation gain, so it works well for a short outing or as a link between other trails in the area. Winter is the natural season for skiing here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Greenville show January highs around 23°F with lows near 5°F, while March runs a bit milder at highs around 34°F. The station sits about 270 feet higher than the route, so temperatures on the trail may run slightly warmer. Several other ski routes start right next door. Raven Tag Trail, Accipiter Alley Loop and Bobcat Blaze are each about 0.1 mile away, and T-Rex Loop is about 0.2 mile off. For a change of pace, the Fierce Fisher Loop hike is also about 0.2 mile away.
