Knuckles, Ironfist, Panda is a climbing area in the London Ranger District of Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots in this corner of the forest, with Sacred Ruins and World Boulder both about a tenth of a mile away. Fall is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Heidelberg weather station put September highs around 81°F with lows near 56°F, and October runs similarly mild at about 69°F, though temperatures here may run a little cooler. The Sheltowee Trace mountain biking route is under a mile off, and the Pretty House Arch Trail is about 1.3 miles away. Turkey Foot Campground is roughly 3 miles out for an overnight stay.
