Badger Creek Boulders is a bouldering area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Badger Creek unit of Idaho, about 6 miles from the Tetonia weather station. The climbing is all bouldering, with 11 routes ranging from V1 to V4, so it works well for climbers who want to focus on short, crag-style problems rather than longer routes. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Tetonia station show July and August highs around 78°F with lows in the mid-40s, while winter highs stay near 27°F. The station sits at about 6,170 feet, so temperatures on the boulders may run slightly cooler. Several other outings lie within about 10 miles. The Decoster hike is about 5 miles away, and the Ashton-Tetonia Rail Trail, used for cross-country skiing, is about 6 miles off.
