South Fork Meadow is a hard hike in the Dubois Ranger District of Idaho's Caribou-Targhee National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 8.8 miles long and rises roughly 2,162 feet, from a low of about 7,722 feet to a high of about 9,894 feet. The route is an out-and-back on natural surface, and it's open to horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail.
