North Lamb is a hard hike in the Priest Lake Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 11 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 1,650 feet, and it is an out-and-back route that starts and ends at the same point. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows bikes, but it is not an accessible trail. The climb takes you from a low point of about 2,638 feet to a high of about 4,318 feet. Several other destinations sit within a few miles. Tola Ridge Trail and Stateline Trail are both within about 2.3 miles, and Reynolds Creek Group Site and Luby Bay offer camping about 3.3 to 3.6 miles away.
