Antz Basin is a 5.2-mile out-and-back hike in Idaho's Cecil D. Andrus-White Clouds Wilderness, part of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area within the Sawtooth National Forest. The trail climbs from about 9,300 feet to about 9,940 feet, a gain of 709 feet, and is rated moderate. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is natural-surfaced and open to horses. The trip works year-round, and the trail is about 5 miles long. Washington Lake lies about a mile away, and the Phyllis Lake Trail and Chamberlain Creek are within about 3 miles. Paddlers can reach Germania Creek, roughly 6 miles off.
