Boulder 3 is a bouldering area in the Oconee Ranger District of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests in Georgia, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing areas in this part of the forest, including Boulder 1 and Hitchiti Boulders, all within about a tenth of a mile. The routes here are all boulders, and the grade range runs from V1+ to V4+. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Monticello show October highs around 78°F and April highs near 77°F, while July highs climb to about 92°F. The area's six routes are all boulders. Cracks on Crack is the easiest at V1+, and Compression Lesson is the hardest at V4+. Split Decision is V3-4, and Little Tree and No Good Ending are both V2+. The Hitchiti Trail and Hitchiti Loop Trail are both within a mile, and the Double Bridges Trail is about 2 miles away. Juliette Boulders, another climbing area, is roughly 2.8 miles off.
