Sunny Brook State Park covers 397 acres in Connecticut, about a mile from Torrington. It is a modest-sized state park, and its main draw for many visitors is its closeness to a cluster of other outdoor spots just outside its boundaries. Late spring through early fall is the most comfortable time to visit.
