Emerald City Slab is a climbing area in Connecticut, about a mile from the Pinnacle Heights Housing community. It sits close to several other named climbing walls, which makes it easy to pair with them on a single trip. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to climb here. Typical averages from the nearby Burlington weather station show May highs around 70°F and September highs around 75°F, while July peaks near 84°F and January highs hover around 36°F with a few snowy days. Several climbing areas sit just 0.1 mile away, including Entertainer Wall, Right Wing Wall, A-Frame Wall and Dream Weaver Wall. The Yellow Trail is about 0.2 mile away, and the Quinnipiac River offers canoeing roughly 6 miles off.
