It sits among a cluster of named walls, with Dream Weaver Wall, Cracked Wall and Entertainer Wall all within about a tenth of a mile. The A-Frame route, a trad climb at 5.6, gives the area its name. The climbing here ranges from easy to challenging. Of the nine routes, seven are trad and two are top rope, with grades from 5.2 up to 5.12. Age of Dinosaurs, a top-rope route at 5.12, is the hardest. Double Crutch, a 5.2, is the easiest. Star of David, a 5.8, was first climbed by Ken Nichols and Mike Heintz in October 1981. For a change from the rock, the Yellow Trail is about 0.2 miles away, and the Flt Trail is about 1.9 miles off. Mountain Spring Nature Trail is about 2.9 miles away. Paddlers can reach the Quinnipiac River, about 6.3 miles from the wall.
