Bruzelius Trail is a short, easy hike in Devil's Den/Saugatuck Forest in Connecticut, a forest managed by a non-governmental organization. The trail is about 0.6 miles long, and the one-way climb is only about 30 feet, with the route mostly flat. The steepest part comes at about 0.36 miles in, with a 10% grade. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Danbury show May highs around 69°F and September highs around 74°F, while July peaks near 82°F. Several other trails and climbing areas sit within half a mile, including Bedford Trail, Deer Run Trail and the Main Face climbing area. The Norwalk River, about 3 miles away, offers canoeing.
