Creek Side is a short, easy cross-country ski route on Snow Mountain Ranch in Colorado, managed by a non-governmental organization. The trail is just 0.17 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 11 feet, so it's a quick outing rather than a climb. Winter is the natural season for this route. Typical averages from the nearby Fraser weather station show January highs around 31°F with lows near -1°F, while June and July run in the low to mid 70s. The station sits at a similar elevation to the trail, so temperatures here should run about the same. The Just and Upper Just ski routes are each about 0.1 miles away. Climbers can head to the Grand County / Fraser Valley area, about 2.8 miles off, and paddlers will find the Fraser River roughly 6.4 miles away.
