Zone 3 is a rock climbing area in western Colorado, about 12 miles from the small community of Kannah. It sits within a tight cluster of climbing zones, so it pairs easily with neighboring walls on the same outing. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to climb. Typical averages from the Glade Park weather station, about 26 miles away, show May highs near 70°F with lows around 39°F, and September highs near 76°F with lows around 43°F. The crag sits higher than that station, so expect conditions here to run somewhat cooler. Zone 2 and Zone 1 lie just a tenth of a mile away. Television Wall and the Main Trail hike are about 0.2 miles off, making it simple to add more climbing or a short walk.
