Widower Wall is a bouldering area in Alderfer/Three Sisters Park, a county-managed park in Colorado. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with The Black Pearl, Tortuga and Pirate's Cove all about 0.1 mile away, and the Bearberry Trail just as close. The climbing here is all bouldering, with six routes ranging from V1 to V7+. The hardest is "Widower" at V7+, and "Slap 'em Down" is V4+. The routes are named Cannons & Muskets, Slap 'em Down, Pillage the Village, They All Fall Down and Widower, with first ascents by climbers like MountainManny and Jake Steffens. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Evergreen run to highs around 81°F in July, with lows near 49°F. That station sits about 700 feet lower than the park, so temperatures on the boulders run cooler.
