The Eggs are a climbing area in Alderfer/Three Sisters Park, a county-managed unit in Colorado. The park's land is managed by the county, and the Eggs sit among several other climbing spots and trails within a short distance. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Evergreen weather station, which sits about 500 feet lower, show July highs around 81°F with lows near 49°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-40s. The Ponderosa Trail and the Shoulder Boulder climbing area are both about 0.1 mile away, and the Ranch View Trail is about 0.3 mile off. For paddling, Bear Creek is about 1.2 miles away.
