Bomb Over Bentonite (BOB) Boulder is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Grand Junction Field Office, about 10 miles from Grand Junction, Colorado. It sits among a cluster of bouldering spots, with New Mexico Boulder and Indian Garden Boulders each about 0.1 mile away and El Chupacabra Area about 0.2 mile off. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Grand Junction show May highs around 77°F and October highs around 67°F, while July averages climb to about 95°F. The Camp campground is about 2.2 miles away, and Camp Eddy is about 3.4 miles away. Mountain bikers can ride Coyote Ridge Trail, Raven Ridge Trail and Ali Alley Trail, all within about 0.2 mile.
