Beaver Beach is a climbing area in Colorado's Clear Creek Ranger District, part of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, which the Forest Service manages. Summer is the most comfortable season. July averages highs near 77°F and lows near 49°F at the Georgetown, CO weather station about 5 miles away. Those are typical figures from a station roughly 700 feet lower, so expect cooler temperatures at the crag. Goat Rock is only 0.1 mile away and Main Wall is 0.3 mile off, so it's easy to combine several crags in one trip. Mines Peak Trail starts about 2 miles away, and Mizpah Campground, about 2.3 miles away, is a nearby place to camp.
