Lady Moon is a 5.5-mile out-and-back hike in the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trailhead is called Lady Moon Trailhead. The route runs from a low point of about 7,779 feet to a high point of about 8,273 feet, with an elevation gain of 170 feet, and it is rated moderate. The trail is natural-surface and allows both horses and bikes. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 78°F and lows near 47°F. Winter is cold, with January highs around 36°F and lows near 15°F. The Lady Moon Loop starts about 0.2 miles away, and the Mount Margaret Trail is about 0.5 miles off.
