Crossover is a short, easy hike in the Dillon Ranger District of White River National Forest in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about half a mile long, with a one-way climb of about 110 feet from a low point of roughly 9,211 feet to a high of about 9,299 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Dillon put July highs around 75°F with lows near 38°F, while winter highs stay around freezing. The trail is on natural surface and is open to horses. Scenic Loop and Buzz Saw East both sit about 0.1 mile away. Pine Cove Campground is about 0.3 mile off, and Dillon Reservoir is about 0.8 mile away.
