Bowen Gul Og Interp Trl is a short, easy loop hike in the Sulphur Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about a mile long, with a total elevation gain of about 93 feet, and it sits at roughly 10,500 feet. The trail is a natural-surface loop, and it is open to horses. Bikes are not allowed. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 73°F with lows near 40°F, while winter highs stay around 30°F. The Colorado River is about a mile away, and the Bowen Gulch and Wolverine Trail, part of the Continental Divide Trail, are both within about 1.6 miles. Blue Lake is about 1.7 miles off.
