Kelsey Campground is a Forest Service campground in the South Platte Ranger District of the Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado. It sits in a cluster of outdoor destinations, with mountain biking trails and climbing areas within a few tenths of a mile. The site has vault toilets, and a fee is charged for stays. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Bailey, CO, show July highs around 79°F with lows near 44°F, while winter highs stay in the upper 30s.
