Campsite WB 2 is a Forest Service campground in the Gunnison Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado. It sits among a cluster of campgrounds and trails, with West Brush Creek Camping Area just 0.1 mile away and Campsite WB 6 about 0.6 mile off. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the Crested Butte weather station, about 6 miles away, show July highs around 76°F with lows near 40°F, while winter highs there hover in the mid-20s with lows dipping below zero. Deer Creek, a hike about half a mile away, and Teocalli Ridge, roughly 0.8 mile out, are the closest outings. Paddlers can reach Brush Creek, about 1.1 miles away, and climbers will find Skyland Boulders about 4.6 miles off.
