Rock Creek Bouldering is a bouldering area in the White Mountain Ranger District of Inyo National Forest in California, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing spots, with Clearcut Boulder and Campground Boulder each about 0.1 mile away, and Big Meadow Campground about 0.2 mile off. The area is a cluster of boulders rather than a single route, and the climbing here is all bouldering, with grades ranging from V1 to V13. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mammoth Lakes show July highs around 78°F with lows near 49°F, while winter highs stay around 41°F. That station sits about 760 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures on the rock run cooler. The routes here are all bouldering, and the grade range is wide.
