Inconsiderate Wall is a climbing area in California's Inyo National Forest, on the White Mountain Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the wall sits among several other climbing areas, including the Juniper Wall and the 4:20 Wall, each about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all trad, with one sport route, and the grades run from 5.9 up to 5.12. Pedipalps is the easiest route at 5.9, and "Peace Sign" and Arms of Atlas are the hardest at 5.12. Ungracious and Inconsiderate, a 5.10+ route, was first climbed in the 1980s. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mammoth Lakes, which sits about 1,600 feet lower, show July highs around 78°F with lows near 49°F. That station's winter highs stay around 41°F, and the wall sits higher, so temperatures on the wall run cooler. Palisade Group Campground and Big Meadow Campground are both within a mile, and the Upper Rock Creek Canyon Trail is close by for hiking.
