The Purple Pyramid is a bouldering area in California's Topanga State Park, within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, about 0.1 mile from the Purple Stones climbing area and the Zodiac Boulder. The surrounding land is managed by State Park and Recreation, and the site sits in the park's climbing cluster, with several other bouldering spots close by. The most comfortable months for climbing are typically spring and fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run from highs around 70°F in May and October to about 79°F in August and September, with only a handful of wet days a month year-round and no snow days. The routes here are all boulders, and the grade range is V1, with the Topanga Lieback and unknown mantle listed at that level. The cluster includes The Headwaters and Purple Stones North, also within a tenth of a mile.
