Pacifica Headlands is a climbing area in California, about half a mile from the town of Rockaway Beach. It's a compact destination with a mix of bouldering and some sport and trad routes. The weather station at Pacifica, about 2 miles away and roughly at the same elevation, points to the driest stretch from June through September, when typical highs run from about 69 to 72°F and wet days drop to one or two a month. Winter brings highs in the upper 50s and about 10 to 11 wet days a month. The climbing here is bouldering-heavy. Of the 13 routes, 10 are boulders and three are sport or trad. Grading runs from V0- to V2 on the V scale and from 5.6 to 5.9+ on the YDS scale. Among the named routes are South Side (V0-), Drop Knee Included (V1) and Low Start (V2). Bluff Trail starts about 0.7 miles away, and Coastal Trail and Old Mori Road are each about a mile off. For an overnight stay, Esplenade Beach campground lies roughly 3 miles away.
