The Hill Top area is a climbing area in California, about 2 miles from the town of Vista. It sits close to several other named climbing spots, so it works well as a base for a day of bouldering in the Vista area. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Vista show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 76°F, with only a few wet days in each. Summer runs warmer, with August highs near 81°F and almost no rain. Jim Thoen Boulder, OPD boulder and East Crack Boulder all lie about 0.1 mile away, and the Swedish House Mafia Boulders / Hill Top Area is also close by. For a walk, the Vista Conversancy nature walk is about 1.8 miles off.
