The Glass Pyramid is a bouldering area in Yosemite National Park, California, managed by the National Park Service. It sits within the park's own boundaries, about a tenth of a mile from the Yosemite Falls Trail, Camp 4 West and the Cove Area, which makes it an easy addition to a day spent exploring the park's climbing and hiking around the falls. The area is a cluster of bouldering problems, with six routes listed and all of them rated on the V scale. The Glass Pyramid Arete is the easiest at V0, and Smear Out is the hardest at V4. The Zschiesche Problem and Unnamed Traverse fall in between at V3 and V2. The routes are all bouldering, so there is no climbing on rock faces here. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 70°F and October highs around 71°F, while July and August average highs near 89°F. A fee is charged for park use. Lower Pines Campground and North Pines Campground are both about 2 miles away for overnight stays.
