El Corrádor, also known as The Corridor / Hill Top Area, is a bouldering area in California, about 2 miles from the town of Vista. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the Hill Top area, Jim Thoen Boulder and East Crack Boulder all within about a tenth of a mile. The climbing here is all bouldering, with six routes spread across the area. Grades run from V0+ to V5-6, and the styles are all boulder. Middle Brother Syndrome is the easiest at V0+, and the Middle Bother Traverse, also called the Traverse of the Corridor, is the hardest at V5-6. The Vector Traverse, first climbed by Jonathan Reinig in 2001, is a V2+ boulder problem. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Vista show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 76°F, with only a few wet days in each. Summer is warmer, with August highs near 81°F and almost no rain.
