Eagle Lakes Road (Indian Springs) is a climbing area in the Yuba River Ranger District of Tahoe National Forest in California, managed by the Forest Service. It sits about 0.1 mile from Indian Springs Campground and the Johnny Wall and Falls Walls climbing areas, which makes it an easy base for a day of bouldering or route climbing. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Lake Spaulding weather station, which sits a few hundred feet lower, show July and August highs around 82°F with lows in the upper 40s, while winter highs stay in the low to mid 40s. Signal Peak is about 0.3 mile away, and the Signal Peak Lookout Loop hike is about 1.1 mile off. Pierce Creek Campground is roughly 1.5 miles away for another place to camp.
