The Crystals is a climbing area in Yosemite National Park, California, managed by the National Park Service. It sits in a cluster of climbing spots near Camp 4. A fee applies, as it does across the park's fee-charged activities. For timing, typical averages from the Yosemite Park Hq weather station, about a mile away and at nearly the same elevation, point to late spring and early fall as the most comfortable stretches. May highs run around 70°F and October highs around 71°F, while July and August average highs near 89°F. Camp 4 Wall, Goodrich Boulder and the Yosemite Falls Trail are all about 0.3 miles away. Lower Pines Campground is roughly 2 miles off.
