The area is a bouldering spot, with two routes listed: Flea on Hippo at V0 and Unknown #1 at V0-1. Both are bouldering problems, and the grades suggest they are among the easiest in the area. Summer is the driest and warmest stretch. Typical averages from the nearby Strawberry Valley weather station show July and August highs around 85°F with only about one wet day a month, while winter brings highs near 50°F and roughly 12 wet days a month.
